COMUNICADO POR LA DEFENSA DE LA EDUCACIÓN PÚBLICA DE LA AMPA CASIANO HIDALGO

La AMPA "Casiano Hidalgo" ha publicado en su blog, un Comunicado por la Defensa de la Educación Pública, que reproducimos en este espacio:

COMUNICADO POR LA DEFENSA DE LA EDUCACIÓN PÚBLICA

Porque nos ha costado muchos años conseguir el sistema de educación pública del que hoy disfrutamos.
Porque ha requerido de mucho esfuerzo su construcción y poco a poco podríamos verla desmantelada.
Porque la educación es la mejor política económica y la mejor inversión de un país, así como la mejor política social y el instrumento más idóneo para impulsar la igualdad de oportunidades.
Porque existen otras alternativas para hacer frente a esta crisis.
Porque no queremos que las medidas de recortes en educación del Gobierno Central afecten a la calidad de la formación de nuestros hijos e hijas.

Por todas estas razones, la Junta Directiva del A.M.P.A Casiano Hidalgo decide sumarse a la Plataforma Estatal por la Educación Pública (integrada por CEAPA, Sindicato de Estudiantes, y los sindicatos del profesorado: FE-CCOO,FETE-UGT, CGT, ANPE, CSIF y STES-i) y les pide a los padres y madres una participación activa en las convocatorias que se lleven a cabo con el fín de defender el presente y el futuro de la educación pública.
