What  is Climate?

 
Climate is the average weather contions of a place, based on data recorded over 40 years.

Global Climates

The world surface can be classified into different climate zones wich have similar patterns of temperature and precipitation.

-          Tropical: Hot all year, heavy rain all year.

-          Desert/ Arid: Hot all year, very little rain.

-          Maritime: Moderate temperatures all year, rain all year.

-     Mediterranean: rain in autumm and winter and hot summer.
