Marc Brew Professional Development Day

On Saturday 4th February 2017, YDance held a free, day-long masterclass in Dundee with choreographer Marc Brew as part of the Let’s Dance European Project.

Entitled “Dance and the 21st Century – A Fresh Approach,” the day provided an insight into the career of disabled artistic director, choreographer and dancer Marc Brew, his choreographic work, and his vision for the future of dance. Dancers were given a presentation, a masterclass on choreographic process, and an inclusive practice workshop. The aim of the day was to give dancers and teachers who want to develop their skills in inclusive practice a chance to explore ideas in a supportive environment.
