Greta García and Laura Morales, both Sevillian dancers, decided to get together in 2013 and bet on new paths for creation. For this they create the Gestring Sisters and configure two characters, Aletra and Virtue, capable of adapting to what is immediately available. From there, linked to the audiovisual world by YouTube and WhatsApp, they gave way to performance, creating works for art galleries and alternative spaces.
In 2016 they won the Pasoa2 Madrid Choreographic Contest with “GOOD GIRL”. In 2018 they premiered "A MUERTE" and in 2019 they bet on music in the concert "ADORA A LAS HERMANAS GESTRING", together with Lorenzo Soria and Diego Cano. In 2021 they act in the short "Infinite Heat" by Joaquín León. In 2022 they were in residence at Conde Duque with Enrique Baró Ubach in "How do you say to become Swedish in Swedish?". They have currently created "Hacer Amor" that will premiere in 2023 at the Teatros del Canal in March and at the Teatro Central in Seville
