CARDEÑA-AZUEL - Ventana del Visitante
This path runs through a section of the livestock trail called "Cordel del Fuencaliente a Marmolejo", which has traditionally been used by cattle farmers in the area to move the cattle from the Jaen countryside to the Sierra de Alcudia, in Ciudad Real.
The path, which connects the towns of Cardeña and the Aldea de Azuel (gateway to Andalusia, from Ciudad Real), crosses beautiful landscapes of open oak woodland (dehesa), and in the area around Azuel, you can enjoy impressive views with the Sierra Madrona (Ciudad Real) as a backdrop.
