LA NACLA - Ventana del Visitante
The La Nacla cycle path is a 100% cyclable track, which starts at the shared car park of the "El Mirador" and "Cerro del Toro" recreational areas, where the starting sign is located (Coordinates: X: 454035 Y: 4069236; UTM ETRS 89 30 N) and goes into the Aleppo pine woods of the Barranco de las Provincias ravine, with a circular route.
The route skirts the old sphalerite (zinc sulphide) mines of Cerro del Toro, which were exploited from the 8th century to the end of the 20th century, and the prehistoric settlement of Cartujilla. The route leads to the Bullarenga spring and the boundary with the Tablones valley, from where there are splendid views of the Sierra de Lújar.
The first 3 km of this route are linear. Once past the viewpoints, the Cerro del Toro and the "Cerro del Toro" recreational area, which are on the right, we reach a crossroads where the route becomes circular.
