This route is doable for people with reduced mobility and is suitable for wheelchair users, it complies with all accessibility requirements for users with disabilities. The hiking trail runs between open stretches and others under the protection of the shade. During the autumn we will be able to witness the added spectacle of rutting season.
The hiking trail begins about 400 metres before reaching the Narváez visitor centre along the tarmacked track that connects to the motorway. Next to an old quarry we will find the car park with spaces for disabled users. We walk through repopulated pine forests towards a small wooden bridge, where we will cross this small ravine called Narváez or Casimiro. Our path continues bordering the entire Narváez complex ( environmental education centre and visitor centre) until we enter another ravine, El Peral. During the ascent route, if we stay silence we will be able to hear the song of birds that take advantage of this dark and cool area.
The end of the hiking trail is the Fuente de la Taza.
From the A-92 motorway towards Baza, we take exit 28 and continue along the paved forest track for about 5 kilometres until we reach the visitor centre directly.
