DATA OF INTEREST
DESCRIPTION

The Zampullín observatory is located next to the El Acebuche visitor centre, it is the first observatory that we find on the Laguna del Acebuche path, on the way to the left.

Depending on the time of year you have the chance to watch different species of birds. In spring it will be easy to spot, perhaps with their chicks, numerous birds that breed in this Lagoon: mallard, common pochard, grebe, great crested grebe, black-crowned night heron, etc. In autumn and winter other species seeking more benign climates concentrate here, such as the gadwall duck, wigeon, red-crested pochard, etc.
