DATA OF INTEREST
DESCRIPTION

Located just before the end of the Salina la Esperanza trail, and from there we can contemplate the typical saline vegetation and the different aquatic birds that come to the area to feed and reproduce such as the egret, avocet, gray plover and black-headed gull among others.

Some information signs along the trail will allow you to identify the majority of the species that frequent this area, species which are attracted by the richness of the shallow waters where food and shelter can be found. The legs and beaks of many of the birds are efficiently designed to allow them to walk and burrow through this muddy terrain and filter the water or capture and crush small crustaceans that enrich their diet.
