• RNA and miRNA: The required quantity is provided with RIN quality data and an RNA integrity number (Byonanlyzer2100 system, Agilent). We provide DNAsa or in an untreated form. We can also collect blood for RNA extraction in PAXgene ™ or Tempus tubes.
• DNA: The required quantity can be obtained by quantification by spectrophotometry or (if necessary) by PicoGreen™ and /or Qubit. Quality data is also provided. In addition to blood and tissue, we can obtain DNA from saliva in specific tubes such as Oragene™ to ensure fluid conservation.
• c-DNA: We can provide the material or data concerning gene expression.
